MEET THE TEAM

Dr. Moore is a dedicated board-certified Family Physician who has been performing medical and surgical treatments since 2005. Dr. Moore is also a highly decorated U.S. combat veteran who started as a private, enlisting as a teenager after graduating from Farragut High School (Class of ’92). He spent four years in the harsh climate of Alaska with the U.S. Airborne Infantry. After his tour, he returned to Knoxville to attend undergraduate school at the University of Tennessee, home of his beloved Volunteers. There he earned his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry within three years attending classes during summers to earn Summa Cum Laude. He retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel with highest award Bronze Star while serving as a Flight Surgeon. As founder and president of Fallen Leaf Medical & Med Spa, Dr. Moore has built his company based on an obsession for exceptional individualized medical service, attentive compassion, and client-driven results, all while emphasizing the importance of education.
